The Corn Crib
Originally built in the 1800s, The Corn Crib was refurbished with natural cedar accents harvested from the farm and transformed into a humble wedding chapel. The original tin roof and many of the original wood structure remain. Overlooking a scenic clearing where your guests will sit comfortably to share in your special day.
Packages starting at $250
$250.00 - The elopement package includes 1 hour for your customized ceremony, up to 6 guests and an officiant of your choice. Flowers, photographs, in house officiant, and/or other services available for an additional fee.
$500.00 - The basic ceremony package includes 2 hours to allow for you to personalize the space and perform your ceremony with up to 25 guests. Flowers, photographs, in house officiant, and/or other services available for an additional fee.
The Red Barn
A modern yet humble addition, The Red Barn lends plenty of covered and uncovered space to enjoy your event. This space is perfect for dinners, receptions, corporate gatherings, reunions, group retreats, and many other events.
Packages starting at $2,500
$2,500.00 - Our most basic package Tier I includes a half day rental (5 hours) of The Red Barn for up to 50 guests. The space is offered as a blank canvas for your decorating pleasure or choose from our a la carte services and ad ons available for an additional fee.
$3,500.00 - Tier II includes everything in the Tier I most basic package, yet allows for up to 100 guests.
$5,000.00 - The all day Tier I basic package includes a full day rental (10 hours) of The Red Barn for up to 50 guests. The space is offered as a blank canvas for your decorating pleasure or choose from our a la carte services and ad ons available for an additional fee.
$7,000.00 - Tier II includes everything in the Tier I basic all day package, yet allows for up to 100 guests.
Sunflowers & Whiskey
Our most popular, this almost all inclusive package is a simple yet elegant country wedding with a sunflower theme accented with authentic retired whiskey barrels topped with live edge wood table tops. Begin your special day with the main ceremony at the Corn Crib Chapel. Migrate to the Red Barn where you will enjoy dinner, dancing, toasts, & cake. Give us a call for more information.
Starting at $14,999
$14,999.00 - Our most popular, is a “box wedding” package that includes a ceremony at The Corn Crib and a full day rental (10 hours) of The Red Barn with use of The Pit for up to 50 guests. The spaces come decorated with sunflowers and other live accents. Hay bale seating, tables and table linens, reception chairs, 3 six to eight foot live edge on whiskey barrell tables, boxwood hedge photo backdrop, picture easels, and more. You will also get the use of 1 day of coordinator that can assist in event timing such as cake cutting, gathering guests for pictures, the ceremony, etc. Music DJ and simple food menu is also included*. THE WATERFALLS is a natural area behind The Red Barn boasting beautiful rock formations that roll with the pitch of the land. Once completed, a constant feed of water will transform this area into a picture perfect oasis. Anticipated completetion Dec 2024.
MINI CABINS are definatly in the works. The goal is to provide simple, affordable lodging for individuals or groups. Anticipated project start and end dates to be announced.
PRIMITIVE CAMPING, GLAMPING, and HAMMOCKING will be among the additional spaces added to the farm that will be available for short stays. Anticipated project start and end dates to be announced.
